Rocket Launcher Group Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2022 with a clear ambition: to build a business that delivers commercial impact while creating meaningful opportunities for the people and communities around it.

As Founder and Director, I have grown Rocket Launcher Group into a strategic marketing and digital consultancy supporting businesses, start-ups, established organisations and not-for-profits across Western Australia, nationally and internationally.

Our approach has evolved well beyond that of a traditional marketing agency. We work alongside our clients as strategic partners—helping them strengthen their brands, clarify their direction, improve their digital presence, develop sustainable marketing strategies and turn ambitious ideas into commercially viable outcomes.

Central to the growth of Rocket Launcher Group has been my belief that business success and community impact should reinforce one another.

The Perth Networking Club was created to provide a more genuine and accessible way for business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders to connect. Rather than networking simply for transactions, the focus has been on building relationships, collaboration and a business community that actively supports one another.

That vision has now expanded further with the establishment of Common Ground, our new physical coworking, meeting and community space in the heart of Perth.

Common Ground brings together flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting and event facilities, virtual office services and business networking under one roof.

 

Importantly, its purpose extends beyond providing desks. It has been designed as a place where small businesses, independent professionals, growing teams and community organisations can belong, collaborate and access opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

Our community impact model also enables us to provide support and reduced-cost access to not-for-profit and community organisations, ensuring that the growth of the business creates benefits beyond our own organisation.

In 2026, this work was recognised through the Business News 40under40 Awards, where I was named a 40under40 Winner and also received the City of Perth Strategic Partnership Award. These honours recognised not only business growth and leadership, but the strength of the partnerships, community initiatives and collaborative approach that sit at the heart of Rocket Launcher Group.
 

Across Rocket Launcher Group and the broader initiatives I have established, the philosophy remains consistent: create commercially sustainable businesses that bring people together, open doors and leave the communities they operate in stronger than they found them.

That philosophy has contributed to continued business growth, industry recognition, new partnerships and an expanding network of clients and collaborators. More importantly, it has allowed us to help organisations launch new ideas, create employment and economic activity, strengthen their brands, reach new audiences and make a greater impact within their own communities.

As Rocket Launcher Group continues to grow, my focus is on building an organisation that demonstrates what a modern Western Australian business can be—ambitious, innovative, commercially successful, community-minded and willing to use its growth to create opportunities for others.
 

For me, success is not simply measured by how far Rocket Launcher Group grows. It is measured by how many people, businesses and communities we can help grow alongside us.
